This page shows Intarsia pieces that I have designed the patterns for and created. You can purchase finished pieces either in the woods I have selected for them, or with different colors and types of wood.  All of my Intarsia is made using only the natural color of the wood. I don't use any stains or paint unless specifically requested to do so.  If you don't see what you're looking for, drop me an e-mail. Kitty Korner: 

Kitten in Stocking - my newest kitty design. Will be featured in the Holiday 2010 Creative Woodworks & Crafts magazine.	Siamese Cat -	This persian  is featured in the March 2010 Creative Woodworks & Crafts magazine issue.

Persian Portrait This piece is made from curly maple, but could easily be changed to suit any coloring.	Myrtle the Garden Helper. A new design! Made with red cedar and katalox primarily, Myrtle is sure to charm any gardener!	Bobcat This piece is made primarily from myrtlewood and peruvian walnut, the rocks are blue pine and buckeye burl.	Maine Coon Kitten Portrait. Woods used include myrtlewood, aspen, peruvian walnut, satinwood for the eyes.

This is a simpler version of a custom Ragdoll cat I made . It is featured in the Spring 2007 ScrollSaw Woodworking & Crafts magazine.	Comfy Elegance or what! This is my newest kitty design.  Made from Blue Pine with a figured maple "ottoman" and walnut legs. It doesn't get much more relaxed than this!.	This is a simplified version of my original stretching kitten design. Just as cute - fewer pieces!  This one is mahogany and aspen with a cherry bed.

"Sneaking Out Kitty" is made form Tiger wood and Maple with blue pine "wall" or fence and poplar "grass" The background is camphor burl.	"Babycat with Pink Toes"  The little tiny pink toes are made with aromatic cedar. The rest of him is Walnut, Alder and Maple. His pillow is curley/quilted Maple and Cherry.		"Kitten in the Leaves"This cute kitten is sitting in a pile of leaves.   He is made with cherry and white maple. Isn't he just soooo cute!		"Storn" This little Maine Coon kitten was designed based on a photo of a good friend's little boy Storm.  He's got that "Who Me?" look on his face!  This one is made from Blue Pine and Maple.  I can also make this design with any other wood to totally change his color to look like your little baby!

"Bedtime Kitty" This little shy guy is made from Vermillion. The bed is spanish cedar which has a beautiful irredescent look up close.	:Maine Coon" This piece utilizes several different varieties of maple, as well as walnut.	"Fuzzball" He's an adorable little kitty created with Bubinga, Bolovian Rosewood and White maple.  The Bubinga is absolutely beautiful when that gel finish goes on. I can make him in any color pattern of your choosing.	"Fuzzball" Here is the same little guy made Himilayan style with hemlock and walnut. He is just as adorable as his brother! The Hemlock has the blue streaks in it from the pine beetle. I've also made this design in myrtlewood, which looks really cool!

"Stretching Kitten" This cute little baby looks like he's just waiting to play!  He is made with Shedua wood and aspen with a red cedar and juniper bed. Other woods used include walnut, poplar, and ebony.	"Hangin' Out Kitty" This casual cat is created out of Walnut,  White Oak and a hint of Bolovian Rosewood.  He's resting on a comfortable branch of Aromatic Cedar. How comfortable is HE!	"Pixiebob Kitten" This piece is made primarily from figured maple and cherry for the body. The branch is walnut.  Other woods used are bolovian rosewood, oak and red cedar for the tongue.

"Doggie's Got A Bone" This puppy has his mouth full! This is made with curley maple, bird's eye maple, red cedar, ebony for the nose and some cherry.	"Weimaraner" This Weimaraner dog is made completely from blue pine.	"Australian Shepherd " is made from blue pine, canary wood, cherry and walnut.		"Pug" This cute little Pug is made from white oak and walnut.
"English  Springer Spaniel"  is a simplified version of a custom pattern I created for someone of their own dog.  He is made from walnut and maple, mahogany for the nose, cherry and ebony for the eyes. He can also be made in different colors to suit your own dog!	"Boxer". This beautiful dog is  made from Tiger Wood, Maple, Walnut and Cherry. The nose and eyes are ebony.	"Mastiff" This bruiser was designed as Best of Breed prize for a mastiff specialty dog show. I also have a simpler version of the same breed.		"Golden Retriever" This beautiful dog is a simplified version of one of my custom pieces. She is made primarily cherry, some figured maple an other wood accents.

This adorable Corgi - was designed based on a photo I took of Card - our friend's beautiful show dog.  It is made with western red cedar, alder, aspen, maple, ebony just to name a few!  He has one of the best expressions of any of my dogs (In MY opinion!)	This cute little dachshund puppy is a simplified version of a custom piece I made. Is he cute or what!

Serene Pond This piece was featured in Creative Woodworks & Crafts magazine.  Made with blue pine, green poplar, spalted silver maple - just to name a few.	This adorable chickadee is made with blue pine, peruvian walnut, aspen just to name a few, branch is redwood and leaves are poplar. Featured in the Spring 2010 Scroll Saw Woodworks & Crafts magazine	Cactus Wren Arizona's State bird. Made with 2 kinds of sycamore, poplar, aspen and osage orange.	"Acheta" I designed this for our good friends based on their sailboat.	"Hot Air Balloons" These are made with yellowheart and vermillion. Simple but elegant.
